Develop an engaging and interactive training document that teaches individuals at our partner clinics who answer the phone at the clinic to greet people effectively who might be interested in attending screening days. Develop a way to teach these first-contact staff the importance of creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment. This will make the interactive training evidence-based.
