Write an user story(the user role is superfan in the NFT community) and the various functional requirements, e.g., how does the user engage (all of the steps starting from the beginning), what are the key interaction points (i.e., functional requirements, data collection and transactions, interaction activities, etc., and what are the benefits to the end-user as well as the company, i.e., Edge of NFT). To start the user journey map and one-page explanation, imagine you are explaining your solution to the client, i.e., Edge of NFT. You are explaining the user’s experience through a process map or flow chart. Focus on the step-by-step process (high-level) that the user would experience when successfully interacting with the company’s platform and NFTs. What does the user do first, then second, and third, etc. Then, consider how the user moves on to create, access, or interact with the asset / data / system, etc. I have attached the example.
