The works of art that you may reference in your paper may include but are not limited to: A Report from Occupied Territory, Esther, How to Tame a Wild Tongue, Beauty: When the other Dancer is the Self, The Achievement of Desire or any other work of art that we have experienced in class post-midterm. -Your paper must be 7-8 pages, 12-point font, typed, double-spaced, in MLA format. -You must have a works cited page: https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/06/ -YES, your works cited page counts as a whole page of your paper, which means that you must have a grand total of 6 complete written pages. -You must also have an original title for your paper. Your final essay due December 8, 2021 will be a research paper in which you will draw from four sources. You will have to find two of these sources on your own by researching your topic. Of these two sources one must be primary (original document such as a book or play) and the other must be a secondary source (a magazine article, encyclopedia, etc.). It is also mandatory that Born a Crime by Trevor Noah is one of your sources and you may not use 1984 as a source.
