Is COVID-19 a weapon? Could it be? What would make a biological weapon effective, in what circumstances, and for what purposes? With the new science of genetics able to produce “designer” toxins, what are some ways that societies can be targeted? How will infecting another society prove fruitful in political terms? How can societies defend or deter (two different things) against such attacks. NOTE: There is no valid evidence I know of that China or any other nation intentionally propagated COVID-19.
