It′s important for YOU to identify your answer/thoughts FIRST before you dig into research, so you can situate YOUR ideas alongside the research. Select from one of the following standard fiction elements: symbolism, imagery, or irony and ′research′ what the literary scholars and literary critics have already said on the topic. Present that information correctly citing any sources used and build from there. Remember–history papers and biographical papers are not acceptable for this assignment.
