The 30×30 protected area target 2. The resource mobilization strategy Then, there are 30*30 target summaries （2 papers）and their positions for each group. ( search keywords). Then, 5 papers for each group position and their thought. (Look at Brazil first, and find counterarguments and/or support to the other parties in support of its own position). Brazil usually supports CBD and Africa and is opposite to the EU. Then, there is a draft for the CBD group, there 2 targets arguments. For Resource Mobilization，I already have my draft include an argument and 2 sub-arguments. Then， following 4 papers are 4 parties standard, you can put emphasis on EU find a counterargument and support Brazil position stronger. Eventually, 2 supporting articles for resource mobilization summaries. The main point, for 30*30, is to write the Team Brazil position (CBD draft as an example), write an argument, and 2 sub-arguments. Find a counter position defended by the other parties (could be EU) to make Brazil’s position stronger.
