1) Conduct Internet research to determine the challenges facing primary care or primary care dental and develop a strategy map for success in this environment.
2) Make sure your strategy map includes at least eight (8) initiatives and that they touch on the four (4) perspectives. Include targets, and be sure the metrics are a mix of leading and lagging indicators.
3) Develop a plan that outlines how you would periodically review your map to ascertain its effectiveness. Be sure to explain how to monitor your strategy from the four stakeholder perspective as outlined in your textbook.
4) Defend the eight (8) initiatives, four (4) perspectives, and metrics you selected for your strategy map. There is no minimum or maximum requirement for this portion of the assignment. You will be graded on the quality, not the quantity of this portion of the assignment.
