In this assignment, you will work towards accomplishing the following course learning outcomes:

Organize event logistics including resources and vendors to support the smooth load-in, execution and load-out of an event.
Mitigate event risks and setbacks by ensuring a safe and ethical work environment.
Write a production schedule to support the successful communication of event needs and timelines to all necessary personnel.
Evaluate event documents related to resources and logistics for their accuracy and ability in successfully supporting the execution of an event.
Using the case study scenario of your choice, create a detailed production schedule to support the successful load-in and load-out of your event. Some considerations to keep in mind:
Start your production schedule from the moment that you take possession of the event venue.
Your production schedule should end after the load out, when you are ready to return the event venue back.
Include all the dates and hour by hour schedule.
Your schedule should flow smoothly with continuous work flow. Utilize your time well. There should not be large gaps of free time. Remember, you are renting the venue and every hour is valuable.
Ensure your schedule takes into account the various vendors and personnel necessary. Be sure that the work of one vendor does not interfere with other vendors.
