Components of Assignment:
Client Assessment and Treatment Plan: Complete the client assessment and develop a treatment plan.
Person in Environment Analysis: Complete an analysis of the client from the person in environment perspective. For example, what strengths and challenges has the client experienced from a micro and from a community perspective? Have there been themes of oppression and marginalization, which has impacted the adaptive functioning of the client? Utilize course content to when completing this analysis. The analysis of the person in environment in this case study should contribute to the understanding of the Ecomap and Genogramp completed in Section E below.
Theoretical Orientation in Assessment: Select one or more theoretical orientation(s) from the selected texts, readings and class work which influences the assessment and interventions at all levels of practice of this particular client system. Theory selection can be both developmental and practice theory.
