The word theology refers to the study of God and terms associated with God and the divine’s work among us. Theology includes the understanding of the Bible, the understanding of who human beings are (and should be), what the Church is (and should be), the meaning of salvation (both individual and collective), holiness, etc. Everyone has a personal theology. After you have completed the readings and assignments for this module, please write a reflection on how the material in this module has impacted your personal theology. Consider, for example some of these elements of theology: Who is God? What is grace? What is sin? What is salvation? What is the Church? What does it mean to be reconciled to God, to self, and to neighbor? What is hell? What is heaven? What is the Holy Spirit? Who is Jesus? Who is the Christ? Who is Jesus Christ?
