You will describe and individual’s life from emerging adulthood to death. This is a continuation of the first and second paper which was from birth to early childhood and from middle childhood to adolescence. This third one includes information about early adulthood, middle adulthood, late adulthood, and death. This section should be written from the first-person perspective or a third-person perspective other than the parents. This is expected to be a creative paper with scholarly and course material integrated into it. You may take many approaches to the paper (e.g., parent journal then passed onto individual, life reflection, stories by rotating family members, etc.). You will describe and individual’s life from emerging adulthood to death.
Here are the events to incorporate in your early adulthood and beyond write-up;
30 yrs: Individual decides to pursue new career
55 yrs: Individual needs emergency triple bypass surgery.
Most everything that you write will be up to you. Ages are 22+ years of age. The third part of the paper is not written as the parent. You can either do first person or third person. Let me know if you have any questions!
Use the integrated scholarly and course information to justify the individual’s behaviors/decisions. It is recommended that you appropriately integrate 4-5 pieces of scholarly/course material into each life-stage section. Appropriate integrations should demonstrate your understanding the material. Be sure to cite the text and empirical articles when referring to concepts/theories to justify your decisions and the individual’s development. Lastly, the paper will be graded predominately on the quality of your story and how it flows with the integration of scholarly and class material. Include material that is pertinent to physical, cognitive, and socioemotional development (though not necessarily all aspects of development in each section) throughout the lifespan, rather than focusing on one and ignoring the other aspects of development. Additionally, it is imperative that your story is logical; decisions and actions in one life-stage can impact later life-stages and must be considered. Be sure to use APA style citations when integrating information and include any cited materials in your reference list as well. Failure to use citations and/or references constitutes plagiarism and such submissions will receive no credit.
This is still a write up about Ryn as a female
There are Guidelines you can use in the write up. Do not feel as though you have to answer ALL the questions. The questions
should be used to help build your paper. Be sure to cite the text and empirical articles when referring to concepts/theories to justify your decisions and their development.
