Students will choose a topic related to a substantive area of law covered in this course (administrative, criminal, contract, family or human rights), and propose a point of reform. Students must:
1) identify which area of law governs their proposal;
2) Include a (hopefully persuasive!) rationale for change;
3)state a concise proposal for specific change;
4)describe the process required to make the proposed change
5)present their proposal to the class.
Your analysis should be 2-3 pages long (font 12, double-spaced).
answer the question as same as question number and make sure to put the question number in front of answer.
