Based on my interview transcriipt with my mentor that I respect and met through a networking event two years ago, submit a reflection report.
Goal of this report : “The interview is meant to allow the interviewer to learn more about the interviewee’s leadership experience while reflecting on my own leadership. ”

Ensure the report is more than a simple transcriipt of the interview. You should be critical and reflect your own thoughts and learning in the paper as well.
A suggested outline is as follows:
•Introduction – who you interviewed and why you chose that leader.
Answer: I was once in a Career fair and I was interested in connecting with some professionals who are specialized in supply chain management. I went up to a counter of the company, thinking of grabbing a business card that I feel interested to connect with and that’s how I met and started talking to Gary Lacroix, who is the vice president of “Crossover solution”. I started introducing myself and telling him that I am looking into working for supply chain management, but it is still a long way for me to go. He is very friendly and educative. He once told me that it is not easy to lead a team, but as long as you listen and care and look to always motivate others to drive toward the same goal, you would then slowly become a great leader.
Therefore, I reconnected with him on Linkedin, which I also decided to ask him to become my mentor, and he said yes. This is why I chose to interview Gary Lacroix to learn about his vision in leadership, including……..(according to the interview transcriipt)
