Reflect back upon your journey from ADN/diploma prepared nurse to baccalaureate-prepared nurse. You will prepare a letter to a future student entering the RN to BSN program. Most incoming students are wondering if there is value in becoming a BSN or what the journey will be like. You may want to provide advice or “pearls of wisdom” for success. See the assignment for further information.
