This is my summary of my article paper on the trial of the Kyle Rittenhouse case . The Trial / Case of Kyle Rittenhouse . What makes me very angry with this case is that , the judicial system will never be equal across the board for the Black and Brown people. I mean , ” lets be very honest hear!, if I had a son who was under age ( 17) , and killed two white teens and injured others with a AR-15 assault weapon, and come across state line without a permit to carry that weapon, its no way the Judge would throw out the ” Charge of Possession of a dangerous weapon by person under 18 and have it dismissed”. We are still in a society that black young men are still a target and have no outlet under the law. We have to walk a straight line and be almost perfect , but when we do right , its unfortunately we are still targeted. When you look at this case , it starts with the parents or parent to not have control of her son and allow him to have such weapon and leave out the state to protest, without her being there with him. I’m still trying to figure out, regarding everyone else in that city carrying a firearm, why was Mr. Rittenhouse a automatic target? what did he do to be a target from others with a weapon as well, while protesting. In end this Topic of unequal justice will always be a issue , until those in higher power either step down or get prosecuted as well, for not doing there jobs , when it comes to destroying a life or families lives . We have to continue to fight for justice till we leave this world , but you ask yourself?! ” why do we have to continue fight so hard still, “when right is right and wrong is wrong !. KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) The jurors who will decide Kyle Rittenhouses fate will be allowed to consider lesser charges (Links to an external site.) if they opt to acquit him on some of the original counts prosecutors brought, the judge said Friday during a contentious hearing in which both sides could claim partial victory.
