4.-New businesses are frequently launched as a means to smooth over dissatisfaction with a current glitch in the industry. Pick some business and solve its customer dissatisfaction problem(s). For example, if you find a medical service (more in demand these days of COVID_19) annoying, or youre not happy with the service, what changes could you make to enter that business and enhance customer satisfaction (and be profitable)?
