Just revisit some areas that I would like to remind many regarding their presentations. Please make certain that you have an understanding of APA guides. I apologize as I do not wish sound repetitive or become a disturbance regarding this subject matter. Please make certain that you review and adhere to APA writing guidelines.

I place an emphasis on APA formatting, it is important you present your papers according to guidelines. Assignments could be cited for plagiarism if proper citations or references are lacking. Additionally, publishers may reject work that has a plethora of erroneous issues. I just want to make certain that everyone here presents their best work possible.

Purdue OWL APA 7th Edition

In review of some APA 7th Edition papers some of the most common areas found were related to formatting. Examples include some of the following.

Title page not filled out completely (Please refer to the attachment/image):
Note the position of the running head (always left).
Title of your paper (What I am writing about)
Your Name (Your full name)
Name of the University (Florida National University)
Course Number and Course Name (NGR 5110 Nursing Research)
Name of Professor (Dr. George Washington)
Date of Assignment (Date of the Assignment)
Additional areas of opportunity included:

Failing to indent paragraphs.
Title Headings (Level 1 Heading goes in the center of the paper; Level 2 headings are flushed left).
Tables and/or figures note documented within the body of the paper.
Abandoned titles within the paper. If your title is at the bottom of the page do not leave it alone, move the title to the next page with the content.
Lack of in-text citations. Remember in many instances you must defend your statements with intext citations or block citations for quotes larger than 40 words.
Intext citations the period goes after the citation not before it.
I love dogs (Smith, 2029). This is correct.
I love dogs. (Smith, 2019) This is incorrect
Note the position of the period, it will cause your statement to become a plagiarism issue.
Incorrect utilization of “and” versus the Ampersand (&) in a dual author citation.
Fernandez and James (2020) this is used at the beginning of the sentence.
At the end of the sentence, the authors are cited as (Fernandez & James, 2020).
Ensure that your paragraphs transition and flow into the next section.
Failure to review one’s paper after writing, this catches errors.
