1 – Change can cause conflict and chaos in an organization. Some stakeholders may embrace the change while others oppose it. The need for change may not be evident to everyone in the organization. Some people, especially those who have been with the organization for a long time, might resist, saying, “This is not the way we have always done it.”
Using the required readings, explain how the use of transformational leadership can address conflict and chaos by developing an original response to these prompts:

2 – Change is hard, especially if workers must develop new skills, adopt new behaviors, or perform new functions. As the change agent, you are introducing an infrastructure innovation with the potential to threaten the status of individuals whose roles and functions will change.

How will you anticipate and respond to this perceived threat?
Outline a “five-floor elevator speech,” communicating an innovation proposal for change and articulating the value added.

3 – Case studies provide a comprehensive framework for nursing research and education. Each study may only focus on a single or a limited number of measurable issues, but the truly complex nature of the case study setting and situation is inherent in nursing practice.
