Current issues include but are not limited to COVID-19 pandemic, economic instability, border control, funding allocation, infrastructure, cyber warfare, biotechnology, intelligence, transportation security, incident response, civil liberties, resource allocation, capabilities, and immigration (the guideline provides further topics).
