Cover Page Name, Student number, the title of your urban sustainability challenge, and relevant graphic/s related to your POA. 2. Executive Summary – A short, succinct summary of the report, outlining the sustainability issue and key points of your Plan of Action. 3. Introduction/Background – Identify and summarise/recap the case study and lessons learnt from Assessment 2. 4. Plan of Action Location & layout of the proposed plan of action (if applicable). Description of the plan of action (demonstrate the application of lessons from a case study where relevant/discussion of modifications to localise your solution to your city/district/suburb / LGA either at where you live or close to where you live). The plan of action should consist of at least four or more strategies or sub-strategies in total. Critical assessment of potential benefits, risks, negative impacts, including the potential barriers to implementation of your proposed strategies. The critical assessment should assess each of your proposed strategies separately. If applicable, you can also briefly assess the POA as a whole. Brief Cost-Benefit Analysis. An indicative cost analysis based on your proposed strategies. The time frame of implementation and impact of the plan (immediate, short term, long term) recommend a time line for implementation, if appropriate. Serviceability or ongoing commitment requirements of the plan of action (short term/long term, levels of commitment). Identification of wider or longer-term impact and/or the issues related to the scalability of the action plan (if applicable). You may also choose to discuss the wider benefits or impact of the plan in different areas of urban life.
