Some things you should be sure to include are:
What are the primary issues that your organization addresses?
What does your organization do to work towards social change?
What is their philosophy of change?
What are their tactics and strategies?
Who is involved in your organization? In what ways?
What is the organizational structure? Who is in leadership, and what is the logic behind this? What other roles do people play? How and why?
Pick two or three aspects of your organizations strategies, tactics, structure, philosophy of change, or culture and think about them using some of the ideas that we have talked about this term–intersectionality, for instance, or any of the specific frameworks that Pyles addresses, etc. Please describe these in detail and what impact they have either on the dynamics of the organization itself or on their impact on the issue. You could also compare your organization to other movements that we have talked about this semester. How is it similar and different from other movements we have focused on? Why? To what effect?
The paper should also:
Include references, ideas, comparisons, etc. from at least 5 sources that have been assigned in the course.
Be 6-8 pages long, times new roman, 12 point font, double spaced.

Note: Really zone in on the details of the strategies–how do they build electoral power.
