In your HOW TO DO BUSINESS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY paper, you need to come up with a country where you want to start a business. Maybe a surf shop in Australia or a restaurant in Japan, something that makes sense and you feel it would be a good business opportunity in that particular country. Write a 4000 word (about 8-page paper), pictures and tables are not included in the count. Describe the country, geography, culture, political system, economy … to show us the country and then what city you choose for the business and why. You can even pick an actual building – use Google maps. Then, most importantly what are the steps you need to take to get the business going. This might be a little detailed but this is what you need to do. Look at all of the permits you need, particular visas, partners you might have, will it be a merger or a subsidiary.
