This is a multi-paragraph essay (4 minimum paragraphs – 1 intro, 2 body paragraphs in the ICE method, and a conclusion which touches on the broader implications of reading or the themes from Night – think indifference or witness). In the intro give a find a good quote that may apply to one of the themes in Night as your first sentence.
