Write a letter to the prosecution in any of the scenarios presented regarding the (former) governors. Advise the prosecution as to whom should be prosecuted and under what type of theory of liability. If they were charged and you agree with said charge(s), explain why. If a plea bargain was agreed upon, tell whether you agree or disagree with the outcome. Be specific and support your reasoning utilizing any materials, definitions, etc. discussed thus far.
