a) The analysis should be done by means of secondary data available in data-streams such as bloomberg and descriiptive statistics analysis. The analysis should be concrete. In case you are opting for any industry/company for the purpose of analysis, pick industry/company except retail industry, airlines industry, telecommunication industry, health care industry, wholesale industry; they’re anticipated to be most impacted because of their heavy use of operating lease models. What literature exists on your topic? ii. What is missing in the literature? What deficiencies does the literature have? c. What do you think can you add to the literature? What is your research design?
