Pick a behavior to monitor and track in yourself for 3 days. Some possible examples are sleep, alcohol, cigarettes, steps, exercise minutes, angry outbursts, calories, mood, pain, etc. After tracking answer the following questions: What did you track? What did you learn and what were the challenges? Describe how you would use self-monitoring to better understand the context of a clients problem?
