Create a presentation in which you synthesize the application and limitations of the prescriiptive analysis model you selected. The presentation must be prepared in such a way that senior leadership members are able to understand the methodology in a contextual and applied way for decision making. Include the following in your presentation:
A brief summary of the organizational challenge. What is the nature of the challenge? Why is it significant? What industry is affected by this challenge?
A statement identifying the prescriiptive modeling method that could most appropriately be applied to the challenge.
A summary of the limitations and strengths of the model.
A recommendation and rationale for applying the model.
A recommendation to improve the readiness of the organization to develop other, similar models in the future.
