SWOT ANALYSIS ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
The SWOT tool is an effective way to analyze an organization and/or one of its services or products through the four elements of the tool: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This assignment will enable you to practice using the tool with a current healthcare organization and demonstrate an understanding of how the tool is valuable for managers and leaders.
Choose a health care organization, pharmaceutical company, or physician practice. Identify the mission, vision, and values of the organization, and create a SWOT analysis for your chosen organization. Your analysis must include a SWOT table, as well as a narrative addressing the value of the SWOT tool for managers and leaders and explaining each box, with citations to support your position. This assignment must be 1,0001,200 words. Current APA format must be used, and the paper must be supported by at least 3 scholarly references and 1 biblical integration.
