What: What is the concert for? Was it a benefit, purely for entertainment, a celebration, etc..
When: When did the concert occur
Where: Where did the concert take place
2. Describe the performance, venue, and audience: Give a descriiption of the performance as a whole, how did the artists present themselves? what was their stage presence/energy like? What was the venue like and how did the audience react?
3. Describe the music: Use the big six to describe how the artist/group performed musically. What were your opinions on the performance?
4. Include a works cited page if sources are used.
The reports will be graded using the following rubric
A:
1. Overall: Paper addresses the topic showing a clear and consistent
understanding of the material gained through assigned readings and class discussions.
2. Effective, focused, organized writing with clear
examples supporting the topic.
3. Effective and correct use of language (sentence, paragraph structure,
spelling and grammar) with vocabulary showing knowledge of the material
in assigned readings and class discussions.
4. Follows directions
B:
1. Overall: Paper addresses the topic showing a ‘reasonably’ clear and consistent
understanding of the material gained through assigned readings and class discussions.
2. Mostly effective, focused, organized writing with generally
adequate and clear examples supporting the topic.
3. Generally effective and correct use of language (sentence, paragraph structure,
spelling and grammar (Some mistakes) with vocabulary showing adequate
knowledge of the material in assigned readings and class discussions.
4. Follows directions
C:
1. Overall: Paper addresses the topic showing some
understanding of the material gained through assigned readings and class discussions.

adequate and clear examples supporting the topic.
