Free Speech Part A Extended Response – 75% of Task In 750 words you are to answer the following question. With reference to Exploitation of Workers OR Free Speech, evaluate the impact of legal and non- legal measures in the protection of Human Rights. You will be assessed on how well you; – Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of legal and non-legal measures relevant to the question – Refer to relevant examples such as legislation, cases, media reports, international instruments and documents – Communicate using relevant legal terminology and concepts – Present a sustained, logical and cohesive response You must include a correctly referenced bibliography. Part B Reflection – 25% of Task Choose TWO CLIMS (cases, legislation, international documents, media or statistics) that you used in your extended response and in 250 words complete the following; Write a reflection where you justify the use of TWO CLIMS that you included in your extended response. In your reflection you must justify why you included these in Part A, demonstrating clearly how these examples reflect the effectiveness that the legal or non-legal measures had to the Contemporary Issue you have chosen.
