My final project has a research question and a hypothesis. Research Question: What is the impact of addicted parents on the mental health and emotional development of their children? Hypothesis: Parental substance abuse severely impacts childrens mental health and emotional development. Methodology The Methodology portion of your project outlines how you are going to empirically collect your data and control for variables that may impact your research. It is important to get feedback on your project, and you are encouraged to discuss your research methodology with your classmates, colleagues and friends. Be as concise as possible and faithfully follow APA 7th edition. The methodology section follows a formal structure. Use well written research articles from peer-reviewed journals to assist in your methodology. The methodology section will include a step by step “how to” for the gathering of your data. You must include enough information that someone can replicate your study.
