Cesar 796 N.W.2d 429 (2011). In this case, the appeals court ruled on whether the actions of police did constitute an unlawful “constructive” seizure of Cesar in his home, and therefore the statements and evidence would be inadmissible. Provide a brief accounting of the facts and issues. What was the ruling of the court, and do you agree with the decision?
