5a: Identify the leadership style that would guide the implementation method chosen for the project.
5b: Provide information on what it takes to be an effective leader through a search of the literature, utilizing at least 4-5 scientific articles to provide support and rationale for this leadership style choice.
5c: Demonstrate an understanding of the DNP students own skill set of leadership and how those skills would aid in the guidance of a team and the implementation of the project.
5d: Discuss how the chosen leadership style aligns with the project and would support the building of relationships within an organization to facilitate and guide the project team through the implementation and analysis of the outcomes.
5e: Include information on how this choice would facilitate the implementation of the project. Provide positives and negatives as well anticipated potential barriers and how those might be resolved through this leadership style.

As per our discussion, the opening paragraph needs to state why TL will help you to implement the project, what attributes of TL are need for a successful outcome. Motivation, staff empowerment etc. not patient safety.. Then describe 4-5 scientific studies (not meta analysis) what they did, how they did it, their outcomes that support what you need from TL. for example if you want motivation and staff empowerment, find studies that were conducted that yielded those positive results.
