Analyze what you see and briefly summarize it in a few bullet points . Make one suggestion for how the brand could improve these metrics. Then develop at least 10 other codes that we could use to analyze the CONTENT of the posts, including both visual and verbal messaging (e.g., appeal type used, number of hashtags, number of people present, tone used, high quality media?, video/image/user engagement/copy only, clear call to action, etc.). I suggest using as many presence/absence codes as possible. Code these using the Excel chart.
Analyze the results to show what is often done per channel, but also how what is done might connect to the other metrics you discussed above. What content is performing well in terms of engagement metrics? What content is performing less well? What does the brands overall audience health seem to be? Do the respective metric performances match the goals of the posts–i.e. if a particular posts call to action is trying to generate comments, is that reflected in the comment counts? If you are looking at two channels, is one of them performing better than the other, relatively speaking? These are just some questions you can consider, but be thinking…what do these numbers tell you?
