Please respond to the following. Each answer needs to include your statement and a specific discussion that supports your ideas. It should be based on the legal doctrines and principles you′ve learned, rather than your personal view (except where you′re asked to give your personal opinion) and should be supported with a specific discussion that supports your idea(s). 1. After watching it, answer the following question: What possible torts did Mark Zuckerberg commit? Choose one of the following: 2a, or 2b. 2a. Suppose a stand-up comedian has a routine that involves her telling jokes about her Jewish mother-in-law and other Jewish relatives, and the contrasts or comparisons between her Jewish husband′s family and herself as a black woman. And suppose some of the jokes include insinuating that Jews don′t like blacks (such as saying that her mother-in-law, upon first meeting her, said to the father-in-law, ″Eliot, put my purse away.″). Now suppose the comedian′s in-laws sue the comedian for defamation. Who should win? (By the way, this really happened.) 2b. Someone running for president used at his campaign rallies the following songs — without permission: Adele′s ″Rolling in the Deep,″ Neil Young′s ″Rockin′ in the Free World,″ and The Rolling Stones′ ″Start Me Up″ and ″You Can′t Always Get What You Want.″ If those artists had no copyright in those songs because the record label owned the copyright, what tort (or torts) could they have sued that presidential candidate for, and why?
