Leadership
Your final group will analyze a great business leader based on the principles and concepts discussed during the course and your readings. Each group will be picking a specific leader (see recommended list below but can include other leaders based on pre-approval from instructor) whose leadership style and accomplishments the group must carefully deconstruct. In your analysis, you must address each of the following questions/ issues:

For my part, I must answer these following questions:
1. What actions or events changed the social landscape of the time?
2. What was the mood of the country during that time period?
3. How was your leader influenced by the context of their time?
4. Did he/ she influence or was he/she influenced by the context of the time? Did they break any grounds from their decade?
5. In what ways was your leader sensitive to the context of his/ her time?
In order to answer these questions your sources must be from the book “delivering happiness” by tony hsieh
