o Discuss each of the Building Blocks of Competitive Advantage and how they apply to your chosen organization.
• From the Supplement A Notes:
o An organizational chart or hierarchy of authority
o Is the organization centralized or decentralized? Mechanistic or Organic? What drew you to this conclusion?
o Would you assume the organization works under a Theory X or Theory Y Management style? What drew you to this conclusion?
o Take the reader through the “Environment Cycle”.
