Activity number 2 we are required to provide a reflective statement of how you planned for the session. In this document you should include a reflection on how you ensured that you were: Ready and have the capability to deliver the session Had the space, equipment and resources required to deliver the session The physical and psychological features (at least TWO of each) of a positive learning environment and how you planned to create How you prepared the physical learning environment to ensure it was safe and healthy The communication and training techniques (at least THREE) you used to put participants at ease and overcome individual barriers to learning.
