1. Describe yourself in terms of personality. Include: (a) two of the big five personality traits, (b) your whole MBTI type, (c) at least one value(d) one other personal characteristic. Based on this, how does your personality match your current job in the retail industry?
2. Describe yourself by answering the questions that Peter Drucker asks (What are my strengths?, How do I perform?, What are my Values?, What should I contribute?, Where do I belong?) include your “relational self” – acknowledge the work relationships that have been important now and the relationships that may be important in the “second half of your life”.
3. We should understand and dwell on our strengths. How can you accomplish this? What does this mean about your weaknesses as a manager,as a leader?
4. Why is important to be aware of our strengths and personalities. What do we learn about the individual attributes different people have? What does that tell us about managing different people in one organization?
