Please note that your report should be professionally written and should be something that you would have confidence in submitting to an employer or other professionals whom you deeply respect.
1. Based on this information, would you expect that you should be gaining, losing, or maintaining your body weight? How does this compare to your personal goals?
2. For the following nutrients or food components, list 2 foods you consumed per day of the recording period that were high in the nutrient/food component, 2 foods that were low, and 2 foods that you could add to your diet that would improve your overall intake.

3. Review the quality of your overall meal pattern by comparing it to the MyPlate: MyPlan report. Did you consume the recommended number of servings for each food group listed in the MyPlan? List food groups you consumed in adequate and those that you under consumed. Are you surprised by these findings? Why or why not?
4. Finally, suggest two (2) other ways that you can personally implement to improve your diet and overall health (may include an activity, cooking method; feel free to be creative, etc.). Please be sure to make specific comparisons between your current eating pattern and lifestyle, your DRI values and/or your personal health and nutrition goals.
