Case #6 – As you are selecting the new employee, you decide to review some human resource laws and court cases that might affect selection or that you as an employer should be aware of in order to do a good job in human resources. Review the document, “Important Laws and Court Cases Affecting Human Resource Management” and list and discuss at least 3 of these that might affect the selection process. You may need to review the information in detail by googling the topic/case/law. Using the “course resources” and googling, please (1) provide a detailed plan including all the elements required. This case will take you approximately 12 hours to complete. You should have one topic/case/law per page. You will need to submit a 3-page double-spaced paper using Times New Roman 12 pt. font.
