General Topic of Interest: Exploring the difference in the education level of teachers in schools that are predominately African American to those that are predominately Caucasian. Research Objective/Purpose: The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of the educational level of educators in the quality of education received by African American students. Research Question(s): A. Does the education level of teachers and administrators play a part in the level of quality education received by African American students? Caucasian students? B.
