Design a training and development programmeIdentify a gap, a training need using the training needs analysis process, for example, improve skills metrics in a team. Define the learning objectives and describe what an effective learning objective is. You need to go into specific learning objectives and use the right terms e.g. “by the end of the training learner will be able to…”. Use the CRAMP model and decide which points you wish to develop.
