This is an art exhibition proposal and the theme for this proposal is the Feminist Activist Retrospective. You may pick up to 3 female activist artists. By curating 5-8 photographs of a body of artwork that you will contextualize to illustrate and fulfill your argument and theory. The proposal will explain how your chosen photos of artworks grouped together represents your research into the political, social, and/or historical meaning of your curated exhibition. You need to add one quote in your proposal and add the reference in a footnote to show where you got your research. Thesis statement: what are you arguing in the context of your curated show? What is the ideal exhibition space or site for your curated show? Finally, in the thesis statement, you must describe the ideal gallery space or site where your exhibition would be best shown.
