Then address the following:
Detail factors that influenced the need for this change. Specifically, explain if the need for change was driven by micro (employee), meso (team), and/or macro (organization) factors.
Explain the challenges that employees experienced during this time of change.
Finally, explain specific ways these challenges could have been prevented/minimized. Refer to theory and/or change interventions discussed in the text and other course readings.
