Affirmative Action and Reverse Discrimination
Affirmative action, while well-intentioned, has had some difficulty in the courts.
Discuss if we should “discriminate” against the majority while attempting to make up for past injustices? What do you think? Be sure to stay why you think the way you do, and if appropriate bring in references from outside sources to support your case. If you have alternative solutions, what are they? What caveats do you see in these alternative methods?
