The first step is to complete the Personal Assessment of Management Skills (PAMS). PAMS results serve as a guide in helping you identify areas of strength and areas that you might want to focus on to enhance your skills.

You will also find a list of other assessment tests in MyLab. You are encouraged to take all of them for your benefit. However, you only need to incorporate five assessments of your choice in the write-up for this assignment. Pick the five that you feel are most valuable to you as a person/manager.

Briefly summarize the results of your PAMS assessment and FIVE of the self-assessment instruments (your choice). This section should be two pages in length.

Next, respond to questions 2–6 using the remaining three pages. Be sure to allocate approximately equal space to each of the five questions. Use section headings so that the reader knows which question you are answering. An important consideration is to demonstrate that you are learning a great deal in MGMT 593 by thoroughly using and citing course material to guide your writing. Try to include relevant, appropriate references to the course material in your responses.
