TL:DR: Write an essay analysing a corporation, a management position within that company and then compare it to what was learned in the class. (Contained in files).
-Functions of management refers to the P.O.L.C. framework.
-Theory of management refers to Drucker, Taylor, Modern Method, X/Y, etc.
The business of choice is up to you but I recommend a big corporation with lots of info like Disney/Walmart/Etc.
