Option #1: Management Report Write a report to management in which you review company performance over the terms of the simulation. What marketing-mix decisions did you make and how did they turn out? Analyze your revenue, profit, and market share performance. Reflect on where and how you might have been more effective. Provide your rationale for your conclusions with specific examples from the simulation. Your work should be reflective in nature and should showcase learning that has taken place as a result of completing the simulation. Make recommendations to the new marketing management team to take the brand forward into the future. Outline: 1. Executive Summary – Briefly summarize the key points from your paper. 2. Analyze the competitive environment at the start and over the years of the simulation. o What actions did competitors take? o What changes did the company encounter in the business environment? o Discuss the environment at the end of the simulation and where you expect it to go in the future. 3. Analyze the marketing mix decisions you made over the course of the simulation. o What was your strategy? o What challenges did you face? o What decisions did you make? o What results did you achieve? o What might have you done differently? 4. Where should the new management team go from here? o What strategies do you suggest going forward, and why? o What final recommendations would you offer as part of your conclusion? Requirements: • Your paper should be at least 7-10-pages in length, not including title and reference pages. • Include at least five scholarly sources.
