Is it feasible for law enforcement agencies to operate as such, or are they better with more of a hierarchical, paramilitary structure in that regard? Conversely, have you ever worked for a poor leader? Sometimes having an example of what not to do is beneficial for a person to learn and apply to future leadership positions.
